Located at 2501 Pinewood Avenue, West Palm Beach, Senco Construction is working in conjunction with Hogan Brothers in Project Management for Immocorp Capital to build 381 luxury apartment units with 60,000 square feet of mixed use space to the neighborhood of Historic Northwood. Delivering 2026.
Senco is working in collaboration with Kobi Karp who has offices in Miami, Florida.
